I brought my car in at 10 AM for an oil change and 50 point inspection, the 50 pt inspection because I had been experiencing some quirks. I learned that everything was in good shape except my rotors needed to be turned. (This made perfect sense since my car had been shaking when I put my foot on the brake hard!) Anyway, instead of selling me an entire brake job like they probably could have,(oops! I shouldn't give away my ignorance!), they turned my rotors and repacked my bearings. Precisely what I needed; and that's what they charged me for. They didn't try to tack any add-ons either. And I got to use a loaner car, a SMART CAR, too!! My car was completed by 2 pm and I'm a very happy camper, ready to slam on my brakes for every car cutting in front of me or j-walker slinking out of the shadows of the winter night! All of the repairs that were done on my Accord were done to my expectations! I would like to thank Mike and your technicians for their time and patience as well as your shuttle driver for taking the time to actually look at my car. Honda sent me a way after one test drive and told me that nothing was wrong with my car. I have referred some of my fellow workers to u guys for repairs and maintenance on there vehicles. I recently brought my 1994 Ford Explorer in for repair of an oil leak that had been problematic for some time (in January/February 2006, I had the vehicle worked on for this same problem by another auto repair shop and, after spending considerable time and money, the problem persisted). Your technicians properly diagnosed the problems (not surprising but the same issues that I had paid the other repair shop to fix) and provided excellent service repairing the vehicle. The staff was extremely professional and most accommodating in terms of providing transportation to and from the service center and keeping me appraised of the status of the ongoing repairs. I might add, the final cost was even slightly less than the original estimate. I don't think that has ever happened to me before. The bottom line is that I am extremely pleased with the quality of work that was performed and with professionalism your technicians and staff displayed. It is gratifying to finally find a auto repair facility that is honest and trustworthy. Rest assured, I will be using your services for any future auto repair needs. Richard V

Just recently had my car repaired at Integrity Automotive here in Issaquah. Their customer service, knowledge, and general attentiveness were a nice surprise. Estimates were accurate and my emails were quickly returned. Although auto repairs are almost always a topic visited with apprehension, it was nice to have some honest feedback and above all, quality work completed. I just wanted to let you know how impressed I was with Integrity Auto Repair on my recent visit. I had made an appointment, and was pleasantly greeted by you. I was told the oil change would take about 30 minutes. I was asked if I need a ride, or was going to wait. I was directed to your waiting room where I was surprised to find a computer, so I could catch up on my E-mails, and refreshments (complimentary) while I was waiting. When the bill came, I was informed of the agreed upon price, what was needed, and the next time I needed to bring my Trailblazer back for service. Everyone at Integrity always goes above and beyond in service. You were recommended to me by Connie Schwarz from Providence Point as a place that I can trust. I only come in once a year, because I don't put very many miles on my car. However, I am always treated as if I was the best customer that you have. Andrew has been great and even remembers me when I come in. Your Service consultants never try to talk me into anything that I don't need. I met a woman in the coffee room, who had been high pressured by a Quick Lube or such in Bellevue and came to Integrity from the Yellow Pages. She shared with me how upset she was with the other place. I reassured her that that would never happen at Integrity. It is nice to know that "us little old ladies" have someone who looks out for us. The service experience went well. I was suspecting possible rear wheel bearing problems, but it turned out to be tire wear due to alignment. Tires were switched to the front and the noise moved along with it. Glad you didn't just go ahead with wheel bearings when that wasn't the issue, other shops may have done so. Jim R
