Complimentary Shuttle Service

We will gladly drive you to your home or office when your vehicle is in for service or repairs, and we will come pick you up when the service is completed. Do you want to get your shopping done while your vehicle is in for service? We are conveniently located directly between Costco and the Fred Meyer shopping center in Issaquah. We can drive you there and pick you up when the service is completed.

Courtesy Loaner Cars

If you require alternate means of transportation we can provide you with the use of one of our several loaner vehicles for the day while your vehicle is in for service. Ask our service advisors for details.

Vehicle Pick-Up and Delivery Service

Driving your vehicle to the shop for service can be quite inconvenient at times. Upon your request we will come pick up your car from your home or office and drop it off when the service is complete. We will even leave you with one of her courtesy loaner cars if you need alternate transportation for the day. Ask our service advisors for details.

Personalized Vehicle Maintenance Schedules

Not everyone drives their vehicles the same. We will put your vehicle on the maintenance schedule designed to provide you with the optimal maintenance for your driving habits.

Automated Service Reminders

We believe it is our responsibility to keep track of your vehicle's service needs. We will notify you by e-mail when your vehicle is due for service based on your personalized vehicle maintenance schedule.

Computerized Service Records

All of your service records are easily accessible at any time in our database. If you ever have questions about the services or repairs that have been performed. We can easily provide those for you. If you ever decide to sell your vehicle we can provide you with the complete service history to help increase the value at resale.

Child Friendly Customer Lounge

Our customer lounge is fully equipped with reading material, games and toys for children, a computer with high-speed Internet access, and complementary snacks and beverages.
