Jared Latteau - Sales Team Support

For 4 years Jared Lettau has been helping us here at Integrity, and has grown to become a valuable team member. Because Jared is in a support role, he has opportunities to learn and develop many different, valuable skills. He handles the parts dept, database, various network problems, drives the shuttle service and keeps everything looking good and running smooth. "Having so much variety in my work is challenging but fun." he says. "It means I can have an impact on our level of excellence in multiple areas of our business."

While Jared enjoys being able to have a variety of work, he most enjoys working with people. "I get to work with some pretty cool people." says Jared. "I know it sounds cliche, but even after being here as long as I have, I've never heard or seen anything happen here that doesn't live up to our name. There are just so many stories of everyone going the extra mile on their own... it's like a daily thing. These guys rock." However, he says it's the customers that really make Integrity. "Since we are honest and do high quality work, we attract great customers who really appreciate that. I get to drive the shuttles so I have a chance to get to know them the best. Sometimes I forget that they are our customers because they feel more like friends."

Jared has grown up in the Snoqualmie valley and has deep roots in the community. Jared attended Bellevue College through the Running Start program, and plans to start a business in the future. He also attends and serves at Mars Hill Church in Bellevue, where he resides, and assists in multiple other local ministries; including the Sammamish YoungLife's middle school mentorship program called WyldLife, and a skateboard ministry called Boarders For Christ. "I really enjoy working with Kids!" They mimic everything you do; so it's really humbling to know that every little thing you say or do can make a big impact. It's all about setting the right example for them to see -which is why I'm so glad it's not just up to me- I trust Jesus for that."
