I live in Covington and just found my new mechanic. Nate was the most helpful person I have ever met. Honesty is how this business works and will never go anywhere else. My truck went in for Oil consumption they diagnosed the issue offered alternitve solutions to tearing apart my engine resulting in a costly repair. The resolved the failed PCV valve that was never changed when the engine was rebuilt before i bought it. Works so much better now, and they replaced my tail light for free with out even a second thought. If you are looking for a great price, with honest to God great service go to Integrity Auto. No one else will ever come close.

I love the service I get at Integrity Automotive. I had forgotten to bring my all purpose tires so I could get the snow tires removed; they gave me a ride home and took the tires to the shop for me! Dear Tom - a quick email to thank you for the great customer service you delivered to me recently. As you know, I brought my GMC Yukon to Integrity for repair of the power steering. As a first time customer of Integrity, I wasn’t sure what to expect. What I received through you and the technicians was great care of me and my GMC.
After the initial repair of the power steering gearbox, I noticed the truck did not drive just right. But the difference was very subtle and detectable only to me based on my having driven the truck for 10 years. The difference was so subtle that it was the kind of concern that is hard to explain and easily dismissed by a mechanic. But Integrity stood behind its warranty and took the truck back with “no questions asked”. You ordered a new part to install and even fixed deficient repairs completed by another local mechanic - all at no additional cost to me. Now the GMC drives great and I am a very satisfied Integrity customer.
As an Issaquah resident, I thought I’d try Integrity so I could support a local business. But now I’ll return thanks to your and Integrity’s customer service.

Their team has kept it in top form, repairs have been remarkably few, and those that have been done have always been done quickly and at a very reasonable cost. In the past, I went to 'quick' oil change shops. I came to Integrity due to a mailed coupon and I cannot see myself ever going back to the 'quick' shops again. Service, quality and appearance of office and staff and follow-up communications are exceptional. When I leave after the oil change, I don't feel that I have been drenched in oil as the office is clean and well maintained. I know I will have to pay more for oil changes, but it is worth the little increase for the outstanding service. I constantly brag about my new place and encourage others to go too.

I brought my car in at 10 AM for an oil change and 50 point check, the 50 pt check because I had been experiencing some quirks. I learned that everything was in good shape except my rotors needed to be turned. (This made perfect sense since my car had been shaking when I put my foot on the brake hard!) Anyway, instead of selling me an entire brake job like they probably could have,(oops! I shouldn't give away my ignorance!), they turned my rotors and repacked my bearings. Precisely what I needed; and that's what they charged me for. They didn't try to tack any add-ons either. And I got to use a loaner car, a SMART CAR, too!! My car was completed by 2pm and I'm a very happy camper, ready to slam on my brakes for every car cutting in front of me or j-walker slinking out of the shadows of the winter night! Everybody's safe now! Phew!

Good company. Good Service. I don't know exactly how many years I've dealt with Integrity. Lots. Since they were located in a crummy little place on the other end of Issaquah, specializing in Jeeps. Probably 13, 15 years? I've called them from Key West, Fla, asking for help with my motor home. I brought my three month old Jeep, having misread the towing instructions wrong (Both Jeep and my insurance company denying me help), to them. Integrity is a first cabin operation. My only issue and it's small, is they err on the conservative (over-maintain) side. They find things I wouldn't have noticed and offer to fix them. I still have the Grand Cherokee Limited (1993) I first brought to them for service. Until I sold it to my brother, they maintained my 2001 Grand Cherokee (he drives it today.) I brought my 2007 Grand Cherokee Limited to them today for regular service. I'll have it many more years, with regular service from Nate and his crew.

I had no idea Integrity Automotive worked on transmissions. They replaced a transmission in an old car my sons drive and took care of all the other issues with the car to make it safe for the boys. Plus, we got a wonderful warranty on the transmission- 3 times as long as the transmission shop I had contacted. The team at Integrity is the best!

I realy appreciate Integrity working late on Saturday to get my truck repaired. First of all it is a "bear" trying to drive with the driver's side windshield wiper non operative. You have to be like an "owl" moving your head back and forth trying to see what is in front of you. Secondly, I needed the truck on Monday morning. These guys make a commitment and keep it.

The service experience went well. I was suspecting possible rear wheel bearing problems, but it turned out to be tire wear due to alignment. Tires were switched to the front and the noise moved along with it. Glad you didn't just go ahead with wheel bearings when that wasn't the issue, other shops may have done so.

Just recently had my car repaired at Integrity Automotive here in Issaquah. Their customer service, knowledge, and general attentiveness were a nice surprise. Estimates were accurate and my emails were quickly returned. Although auto repairs are almost always a topic visited with apprehension, it was nice to have some honest feedback and above all, quality work completed. I recently brought my 1994 Ford Explorer in for repair of an oil leak that had been problematic for some time (in January/February 2006, I had the vehicle worked on for this same problem by another auto repair shop and, after spending considerable time and money, the problem persisted). Your technicians properly diagnosed the problems (not surprising but the same issues that I had paid the other repair shop to fix) and provided excellent service repairing the vehicle. The staff was extremely professional and most accommodating in terms of providing transportation to and from the service center and keeping me appraised of the status of the ongoing repairs. I might add, the final cost was even slightly less than the original estimate. I don't think that has ever happened to me before. The bottom line is that I am extremely pleased with the quality of work that was performed and with professionalism your technicians and staff displayed. It is gratifying to finally find a auto repair facility that is honest and trustworthy. Rest assured, I will be using your services for any future auto repair needs.

I brought my car in at 10 AM for an oil change and 50 point inspection, the 50 pt inspection because I had been experiencing some quirks. I learned that everything was in good shape except my rotors needed to be turned. (This made perfect sense since my car had been shaking when I put my foot on the brake hard!) Anyway, instead of selling me an entire brake job like they probably could have,(oops! I shouldn't give away my ignorance!), they turned my rotors and repacked my bearings. Precisely what I needed; and that's what they charged me for. They didn't try to tack any add-ons either. And I got to use a loaner car, a SMART CAR, too!! My car was completed by 2 pm and I'm a very happy camper, ready to slam on my brakes for every car cutting in front of me or j-walker slinking out of the shadows of the winter night! Everybody's safe now! Phew!

My 2008 Acura TL was maintenanced recently at Integrity. The quality of work, the price and amount of time to complete the maintenance was better than I have received at the dealership. I appreciate the professional approach with e-mail confirmations and reminders. I do not feel like they take advantage of unsuspecting vehicle owners and schedule maintenance that is not required. I have experienced this issue with the dealship. Price and quality of work is important to me and they have far exceeded my expectations. Thank you.

Integrity Automotive is the one retail vendor that actually lives up to the hype. The service and the people were everything that was described...and much more. The entire operation is a reflection of the owner. Which--in this case--is a VERY good thing.
