We believe if we are going to earn your continued long-term trust we must do more than meet your expectations – we must exceed them. That is why we offer many intangibles to make your service experience pleasant and simple.
Complimentary Shuttle Service- We will gladly drive you to your home or office when your vehicle is in for service or repairs, and we will come pick you up when the service is completed. We are conveniently located right in the middle of downtown Issaquah. Whether you want to go to Costco, Gilman Village or anywhere else in the city we can drive you there and pick you up when the service is completed.
Courtesy Loaner Cars- If you require alternate means of transportation we will gladly provide you with the use of one of our several loaner vehicles for the day while your vehicle is in for service. We have 4 SmartLoaners and 3 sedans available by appointment. Ask our service advisors for details.
Vehicle Pick-Up and Delivery Service- It doesn’t get any easier than this. Upon your request we will come pick up your car from your home or office and drop it off when the service is complete. We will even leave you with one of her courtesy loaner cars if you need alternate transportation for the day. Ask our service advisors for details. There is no limit to how far we will travel to get your vehicle. Nominal charges may apply for this service.
Personalized Vehicle Maintenance Schedules- Not everyone drives their vehicles the same. We will put your vehicle on the maintenance schedule designed to provide you with the optimal maintenance for your driving habits. We will ensure that as long as you bring your vehicle to us for all of your service you will never exceed the recommended mileage intervals for maintenance services.
Automated Service Reminders- We believe it is our responsibility to keep track of your vehicle’s service needs. We will notify you by e-mail when your vehicle is due for service based on your personalized vehicle maintenance schedule. We will also be sure to notify you of your next needed service at your time of departure from our service center so you can plan and budget accordingly.
Computerized Service Records- All of your service records are easily accessible at any time in our database. If you ever have questions about the services or repairs that have been performed. We can easily provide those for you. If you ever decide to sell your vehicle we can provide you with the complete service history to help increase the value at resale.
Child Friendly Customer Lounge- Our customer lounge is fully equipped with reading material, games and toys for children, a computer with high-speed Internet access, and complementary snacks and beverages.
