The name says it all. The team at Integrity know their business and won't sell you anything your vehicle doesn't need. They care about their customers and want your business. When I moved from the area, they referred me to other "ASE" certified repair shops. I have never had any problems with my vehicles after being repaired, or with any of the personnel at "integrity". I never thought I would say this about an automotive repair business, but I will miss "Integrity" and the great service I've received. Can't say enough good about this business. Good for you Nate and to your team of professionals.

My car broke down on a Tuesday night and I had it towed to Integrity unannounced. Checked in with in the morning and was told they were currently scheduling for Monday. Had my car there in the past and was treated very well so I saw no need to look elsewhere.
I stopped in on Saturday to grab some things I'd left the car. They said if i wanted to wait 5-10 it would be done. Enough said... I'll definitely use Integrity again but hopefully not too soon.

We recently had repairs done to our truck at Integrity and had an unforeseen issue arise. Nate the owner personally got involved and resolved the issue without hesitation. We used to take our 2000 Frontier only to a Nissan dealer for repairs until a couple years ago when the engine block cracked and we found Integrity had a far better price for a new engine than the dealer. Now we only take our truck to Integrity as they are always very pleasant to deal with, do very good work and stand behind it. Integrity Automotive Repair demonstrates the epitome of customer service, the crew is always polite and professional and I cannot say enough about Nate Bean the owner.

My 1999 Mercury had 194,000 miles on it. It was leaking and burning oil, and I decided to have the engine re-built by Integrity, along with repairing the AC and the power steering. They did a most excellent and efficient job. It runs like a top now!

This was my first visit to Integrity Automotive, and I am highly impressed with their excellent customer service. They were upfront with all my needed repair costs, only repaired what I needed, and gave a no-pressure list of suggested upcoming maintenance with quotes for each item. Everything on the list was on my radar, and I (probably for the first time) did not leave feeling swindled or lied to after having my car worked on. They made my list of repairs feel manageable rather than overwhelming. And it was all done in one day! I will definitely go back.

We've been going to Integrity for a while. We think the customer service is the best. Everyone is very friendly and professional. They listen and address all your concerns. The repair work is excellent and you always do good work, but your shop is extremely expensive. I was quoted $3900 to replace a cylinder head on my vehicle. That price was so ridiculous that I took it over to Morgan Motors down the street. They are fixing it now for about a thousand less. My last repair at Integrity was quite expensive and cost several thousand. I'm sorry but your shop would have bankrupted me. Perhaps if you cut costs a little and don't have quite so many customer service advisors running all over the place your prices could be more competitive. We'll be going to Morgan Motors from now on. Thank you.

I'm so please that i just want to have a change oil of my BMW , and I had the service more than that, I did not expect that they will clean it and changed the setting of my clock, for which i don't know how 'cause i always let my husband do it for me. I'm a Real Estate Broker, I don't know about car maintenance, so I trust Integrity Automotive for being there for me, and their service is excellent and reasonable charges...Thanks to the team and keep the good work always!!!!

Experience was excellent as usual. They take the time to listen to my description of the problem, then describe *exactly* what they'll do to diagnose the issue. They follow that plan with no "surprise" additions (no plunging down the rabbit hole to take stabs at what might be wrong). If any additional work is necessary, they call to describe in detail what and why. Integrity is always very considerate of my schedule, both for initial scheduling and for fitting in more extensive follow-on work (e.g., parts needed). Oh, and the ride to wherever you need to go after dropping off (or to get back to pick up your car) are a great "extra"
